Sense and Record the Rikkyo NIIZA Campus

NIIZA KOYOMI PROJECT presents a new perspective on RIKKYO UNIVERSITY at NIIZA CAMPUS by portraying on the Web the scenery of the campus at live as well as on daily to yearly basis. The website shows the weather, presence of people, sound, and brightness of the classrooms indicating the liveliness of the campus at real-time. The information is stored and can be seen as archive. (*koyomi: Japanese word for calendar.)

KOYOMI REAL-TIME portrays daily scenery of RIKKYO UNIVERSITY at NIIZA CAMPUS from 2 perspectives at live: "campus view" in which the sound, brightness, and presence of people on the campus, which the 5 sensoring devices (KOYOMI BOXES) catch, are visualized; and "city view" that shows blog entries that talks about RIKKYO UNIVERSITY which are collected daily from the Internet all over the world.
