The Dance of Shadows Between Humans and Robots

A collaborative project with renowned Japanese robot creator, Tmotaka Takahashi. FT and Manoi PF01 are Japanese robots that blend design artistry with cutting-edge technology. While FT presents a delicate and elegant femininity, Manoi PF01 exudes strength and approachability. In this interactive installation, humans and robots share a special moment together. “Shadow” forms a bridge between the real shadows of visitors and the virtual shadows of the robots. Through the interplay of these shadows, the two worlds merge. We invite you to join in—step behind the screen and become part of the shadow world of FT and Manoi PF01.

During this period, h.o collaborated with prominent Japanese robot creators such as Takahashi and Ishiguro, creating works that provide a new perspective on human-robot interaction.
