Everyday Cosmos: The Galaxies Hidden Around Us

This artwork offers an encounter with a universe of star-shaped lights. Under gentle direct light, when bubbles form in a shallow puddle of water, about 10 cm deep, beautiful stars appear at the bottom of the puddle. This piece was inspired by a phenomenon the artist discovered while playing in the water with their child on a sunny day.

Although we often feel as though we live in a complex world, a simple change in perspective and careful observation of our surroundings can reveal small miracles. It is through these continuous moments of wonder that we find a highly poetic order suddenly emerging from the chaos.
