Media Art as a Practical Tool

Kazamidori ver. 2022 is a new model of Kazamidori, originally created in 2009. Since then, as demonstrated by the original Kazamidori, social media has rapidly evolved and become an integral part of our lives. Kazamidori ver. 2022 points to the “source” from which each piece of information circulating on social media originates. In the aftermath of the pandemic, as we experience a shift from the virtual digital world back to the physical one, Kazamidori ver. 2022 invites us on a physical journey by visibly indicating the origins of digital information. This work was created not to be confined to the context of an exhibition, but to be subtly integrated into everyday life, and it is being deployed in various locations.
